Shipping and Warranty

Shipping & Return Policy 

Payment and Shipping Options

Payment of all orders is required prior to shipping. We accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), Paypal, check, money order, bank draft, or bank wire transfer. For bulk orders we suggest that you contact us for a quotation including shipping charges, prior to sending payment.

We normally ship by FedEx International Economy. Other modes of shipping including express shipment are possible via Singapore Speedpost EMS, DHL, UPS or other carriers on your account number or ours, and we will be happy to provide a shipping quotation based on a specific order. For shipment to Restricted Zones in Singapore please send email request for special arrangement. For customers in New Zealand, due to limited access, online orders are temporarily unavailable. Please send your order to us by email. 

You can place your order by telephone, e-mail, post or online.

Return Policy

All non EarthCalm products returned to us in new condition within 30 days of purchase may be exchanged or refunded, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refundable. 
Simply package the item carefully for safe transit, enclosed a copy of your invoice with a note containing your instructions and ship it to:

High value items should be insured. You can ship by any method you like, we do not cover the cost of return shipping.

Warranty Issues

Within 30 days of purchase: TMART ENTERPRISE PTE LTD guarantees all items to be free of manufacturing defects for 30 days after purchase. Please contact us first so we can assist you most efficiently. If an item is defective, we will instruct you to return it to us. We will repair or replace it and return it back to you at our expense. Naturally, this does not cover items damaged by abuse or shipping. 

After 30 days: 
Many items carry manufacturer warranties that extend beyond 30 days. Contact us if you have a question and we can direct you to manufacturer warranty information. Overseas customers who purchased Earthcalm products are required to arrange two way prepaid shipping and return the defective products for repair after full details of defects had been reported to us and accepted for warranty service.  Local customers of Earthcalm products are required to report the defects and upon acceptance for warranty to carry in the products for warranty repair service.
